Message from the Assessor regarding Renters Rebate Program

To all renters that have applied for the State Renter Program: Please be aware that the Office of Policy and Management, State of Connecticut’s approved budget for the renter rebate program is insufficient to fully pay all of the approved applications that they have received. Therefore, all renters rebate checks this year will be reduced by 7%. All checks are scheduled to be mailed on October 25, 2019. If there is any change in their policy, you will be notified.
