The Governor announced a new schedule for age-based eligibility. By laying out a clear timeline for eligibility for the vaccine, the strategy allows everyone in the state, including essential workers and those with chronic conditions, to know when they will be able to schedule an appointment. The planned schedule is as follows:
- Current Age Group: 16 and older

LOCAL CLINICS:
* VAMS: Visit https://dphsubmissions.ct.gov/OnlineVaccine to create a VAMS account. Once account is activated, you can search available locations and times for vaccination appointments.
OTHER CLINICS:
There are several other ways to register for vaccination.
- Call 2-1-1 for assistance in scheduling an appointment and finding a vaccination site near you.
- Visit Hartford Healthcare and access your Hartford Healthcare MyChartPlus account. If you don’t have an account, you can simply create one.
- Call Hartford Healthcare at Hartford HealthCare Access Center at 860-827-7690 or toll-free 833-943-5721. Please note: Call volume is extremely high at this time.
- Contact your local senior centers for assistance in scheduling an appointment. In Middlefield, contact Sue D’Orvilliers; 860.349.7121.
