Decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission

 

 

At its May 31, 2017 special meeting, the Commission voted to:

  1. Approve the application submitted by Ann Tuthill, Peters Lane; Petition for Zone Change and/or Amendment to Zoning Regulations to amend existing zoning boundaries to change the zone of 2.52 acres on the westerly side of Peters Lane, identified as Assessor’s Map No. 3, Lot No. 22-3, from DDI (Design Development I) to MD (Medium Density).  Effective date of zone change to be June 22, 2017.
  2. Approve the Middlefield Plan of Conservation and Development as amended and submitted to the Town Clerk to be filed and posted on the Town of Middlefield website.  Effective date shall be June 14, 2017.
  3. Approve the designation of Jerry Russ as the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
