Decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission

At its April 12, 2017 meeting, the Commission voted to:

 

  1. Approve the application submitted by the Town of Middlefield for a two-year renewal for the Stowe Street gravel pit.

 

  1. Approve the application submitted by Dorothy Albert; 174 Cherry Hill Road; Special Permit for Detached Accessory Apartment with conditions.

 

3.   Approve the application submitted by Lyman Farm, Inc.; 700 Main Street; Special Permit for adding storage building, food service and facilities, service of wine and beer to existing approved facility with conditions.
