At its June 27, 2017 meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to:

1. Close the public hearing and deny the request of Robert and Judith Karle for variances from Sections 09.05.02., 09.05.04., 09.05.06., and 09.05.07. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to allow the subdivision of an interior lot and shared access strip to enable the construction of a house at 344/346 Baileyville Road.
