At its January 23, 2018 meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to:

  1. Close the public hearing and approve, with conditions, the request for a 14 foot street line variance from Section 09.05.05.of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to construct a front porch on the existing residence at 8 Hickory Place. Applicant/Owner: Ryan Carey.
  2. Accept the withdrawal of the application for a variance from section 10.02B.10. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to allow for an increase in the square footage, greater than the regulations allow, for the construction of an upper floor on the garage for bedrooms at 159 Baileyville Road. Applicant/Owner: Eugene Gargiulo.
