Legal Notice: Board of Assessment Appeals

Pursuant to CGS 12-110(a), the Board of Assessment Appeals of the Town of Middlefield will meet in open session in the Assessor’s Office, Middlefield Town Hall, 393 Jackson Hill Rd, on Monday, April 8, 2019 between 5:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. for the sole purpose of hearing appeals related to Motor Vehicle assessments on the 2017 Supplemental Grand List, and Real and Personal Property on the Grand List of 2018. All persons claiming to be aggrieved by the doings of the Assessor of the Town of Middlefield are hereby advised to make their appeal to the Board of Assessment Appeals at this meeting. Please bring any documentation to support your appeal to this meeting.
