At its February 23, 2021 meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to:
1. Close the public hearing and approve, with conditions, the request for a 20’ front yard (northerly street line) setback variance from Kickapoo Road and a 6’ front yard (easterly street line) setback variance from Mattabeseck Road from Section 04.02.01. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to allow for the construction of a shed at 49 Mattabeseck Road.
