At its November 27, 2018 meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to:
1. Close the public hearing on the request for variances from Sections 08.16.01. and 08.16.03 of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to allow a 6’ fence to be constructed along the streetline of 537 Main Street and Baileyville Road with the “finished side” facing into the property. Applicant/Owner: Jordan Cole.
