Legal Notice: Decisions of the Zoning Board of Appeals

At its December 22, 2020 meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to:

1. Continue the public hearing on the request for a front yard variance from Sections 08.16.01 and 08.16.02 of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to construct a 6 foot fence along the front yard setback at 265 Jackson Hill Road. Applicant/Owner: Krzysztof Wrobel.
