At its December 17, 2019 meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to:
1. Close the public hearing and approve, with conditions, the request for a 15’ west side setback variance and a 6’ south side setback variance from section 04.02.01. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to permit the construction of a 14’x16’ shed at 9 Maryland Drive. Applicant/Owner: Robert Astle.
2. Close the public hearing and approve, with conditions, the request for a 14’ side yard variance from Section 04.02.01 of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations for the construction of a covered porch at 385 Baileyville Road. Applicant/Owner: Eric Stone.
