Legal Notice: Decisions of Zoning Board of Appeals


At its August 25, 2020 meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to:

1. Close the public hearing and approve, with conditions, the request for a 55’ street line variance on the Dwight Drive side from Section 04.02.01. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to permit the construction of a prebuilt shed at 28 Esther Drive. Applicant/Owner: Steven Tyc.

2. Close the public hearing and approve, with conditions, the request for an 8’ side yard variance from Section 04.02.01. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to permit the construction of a deck at 10 Fowler Development. Applicant/Owner: Nancy Gossman.
