The Town Zoning Board of Appeals of Middlefield, Connecticut will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. in the Middlefield Community Center Meeting Room, 405 Main Street, Middlefield, CT on the following applications.

Applicant/Owner: Steven Tyc
Property Location: 28 Esther Drive, Tax Assessor’s Map #11, Lot #95
Proposed Activity: Request for a 55’ street line variance from Section 04.02.01. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations for the construction of a shed.

Applicant/Owner: Nancy Gossman
Property Location: 10 Fowler Development, Tax Assessor’s Map #10, Lot #95
Proposed Activity: Request for an 8’ side yard variance from Section 04.02.01. of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations for the construction of a deck.

At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. Copies of these applications are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, Middlefield Administration Building and on the town website for public inspection.
