The Town Zoning Board of Appeals of Middlefield, Connecticut will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the Middlefield Community Center Meeting Room, 405 Main Street, Middlefield, CT, on the following:

Applicant/Owner: Linda Tabor
Property Location: 195 Ross Road, Tax Assessor’s Map #9, Lot #170
Proposed Activity: Request for a 20 foot front setback variance and 15 foot side yard setback variance from Section 04.02.01 of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to construct a detached carport with solar panels.

At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of this application is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, Middlefield Administration Building, for public inspection.
