Legal Notice: Town of Middlefield Annual Town Meeting – 12/10/18


NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Town Meeting of the electors and citizens qualified to vote in Town Meeting of the Town of Middlefield will be held in Meeting Room#2 of the Middlefield Community Center, 405 Main Street, in said Town of Middlefield, Connecticut, on Monday, December 10th, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. for the following purposes to wit:

  1. To hear and accept the reports of the officers of the Town of Middlefield, Middlefield Volunteer Fire Company, Inc., Levi E. Coe Library, the Durham Middlefield Interlocal Agreement Advisory Board, Boards and Commissions and the Financial Report of the Town of Middlefield’s Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2010, June 30, 2011, and June 30, 2012.
  2.  To elect a member to serve on the Regional School District 13, Board of Education for the vacated term; July 1st, 2017 to June 30th, 2020.

At this meeting any and all citizens may appear and be heard, and written communications will be received.
