National Prescription Drug Take Back Day – April 27

image_pdfimage_print

In cooperation with DMYFS and the Resident Troopers, Drug Back Day will be held on Saturday, April 27, from 10AM-2PM, at the Middlefield Community Center, 405 Main St., Middlefield.

The DEA’s Take Back Day events provide an opportunity for Americans to prevent drug addiction and overdose deaths, since a majority of abused prescription drugs were obtained from family and friends, often from the home medicine cabinet.

Expired, and no longer used prescription and non-prescription drugs will be accepted for proper disposal.
