ANNUAL TOWN BUDGET MEETING
TOWN OF MIDDLEFIELD
MAY 13th, 2019
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Town Budget Meeting of the electors and citizens qualified to vote in a Town Meeting of the Town of Middlefield, will be held in the Auditorium at the Middlefield Community Center, 405 Main Street, in said Town of Middlefield, Connecticut, at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, May 13th, 2019, for the following purposes to wit:
- To act on the Board of Finance proposal for the General Government, Education, and Capital Nonrecurring Budgets for the Fiscal Year July 1st, 2019, through June 30th, 2020.
- To elect two (2) electors of the Town of Middlefield to the Regional School District 13 Board of Education. Term is from July 1st, 2019, to June 30th, 2022.
- To elect two (2) electors of the Town of Middlefield to the Durham Middlefield Interlocal Agreement Advisory Board (DMIAAB). Term from July 1st, 2019, to June 30th, 2021.
- To appoint (elect) one (1) elector of the Town of Middlefield to the Regional School District 13 Finance Committee; vacant term from July 1st, 2018, to June 30th, 2020.
At this meeting any and all citizens may appear and be heard, and written communications will be received.

This meeting is called by the Board of Selectmen of Middlefield, Connecticut, this 6th day of May, 2019.
