The Planning and Zoning Commission of Middlefield, Connecticut will continue a public hearing and hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Middlefield Activity Center Meeting Room, 405 Main Street, on the following application:

Applicant/Owners: Dorothy Albert
Property Location: 174 Cherry Hill Road
Proposed Activity: Continuation of public hearing on special permit for detached accessory apartment.

Applicant/Owners: The Lyman Farm, Inc.
Property Location: 700 Main Street
Proposed Activity: Special Permit to add storage building, food service and facilities, service of wine and beer to existing facility.

At these hearings, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of this application is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, Middlefield Town Hall, for public inspection.
