The Middlefield Town Clerk’s office is open Monday 9:00 A. M. – 5:00 P.M., Tuesday through Thursday 9:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M., Friday 9:00 A.M – 3:00 P.M.
The Town Clerk’s Office offers a variety of services. We provide official information between local government and the public. We are the “keeper” of Town Records. We also work closely with legislative bodies on recording and maintaining official records and documents.
From reproducing birth, death and marriage certificates, to licensing your dog or purchasing a sportsman licenses, to receiving the agendas and/or minutes of boards and commissions, to finding out who is running for election, the Town Clerk’s office is here to assist all in the most pleasant and helpful way possible.
