Dial-A-Ride/Middletown Transit Authority: Provides curb-to-curb transportation for the elderly and disabled residents of Middlefield and Rockfall to appointments in Middlefield, Durham, Middletown, Cromwell, Portland, East Hampton and East Haddam. This service can be used for medical appointments, shopping, banking and other places. This service is available 5 days a week, Monday – Friday 8:30AM- 4:00PM. Fee is $1.50 each way ($3.00 round trip)

ST. Luke’s Eldercare Solutions: Provides free Out-of Area Medical Transportation. Volunteers give both emotional support and door-through-door physical assistance at the level an elder needs.
