Veterans Exemption Program

The Assessor’s Office is accepting applications for the Veterans Exemption Benefit programs until October 1, 2020. Proof of income including Social Security form #1099, and a copy of your 2019 Federal Tax Return, if one was filed. Otherwise, all forms of income, i.e., pension, dividend, & interest statements, etc., must be provided. The maximum income for a married couple is $63,100, and for a single person is $55,000.
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, the Town Hall is currently closed. Please submit your proof by mail or put in an envelope and place in the green ‘drop box’ outside the front door of the Town Hall. All of your information will be returned when the application has been completed.
