Decisions of Zoning Board of Appeals

At its January 26, 2021 meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to:

1. Close the public hearing and deny the request for a front yard variance from Sections 08.16.01 and 08.16.02 of the Middlefield Zoning Regulations to construct a 6 foot fence approximately 35 feet from the street line at 265 Jackson Hill Road. Applicant/Owner: Krzysztof Wrobel.
