Public Hearing of Zoning Board of Appeals

The Town Zoning Board of Appeals of Middlefield, Connecticut will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Middlefield Community Center Meeting Room, 405 Main Street, Middlefield, CT, on the following application:

Applicant:       Clare Cain

Owner:             CT Forest and Park Association

Property Location:      16 Meriden Road, Tax Assessor’s Map #3, Lot #19

Proposed Activity:      Request for a 10’ variance into encroachment property line setback for                               the construction of a metal garage with a covered lean-to.

At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of this application is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, Middlefield Administration Building, for public inspection.
