There is a public hearing and town meeting this Monday evening, August 7, 2023, at 7:00PM in room 2 of the Community Center to hear and vote on a lease renewal of town property to the Cell Tower Operator – SBA Communications.
Unlike other lease renewals, this lease is for fifty (50) years and SBA Communications will prepay the entire lease of $2.2 million upon the lease being fully executed.
